Complaint / review text:
I registered with the institution in 2014 for a BA certificate. Unfortunately we lost a facilitator to some unforeseen circumstances. We were then provided with a substitute facilitator who later in the year left the campus to pursue his career elsewhere (so we were told). And again the campus provided us with a new facilitator. Last month (January), I went to get my results at the campus. When I got there, I was informed that my results (and many others') were incorrect and that the head office was alerted about this and I should wait until the head office delivers the correct results. When I called the campus to find out if the results have arrived or what, I was told that I should re-write the module which I apparently failed. Till today, I haven't heard anything from the campus and I need the results so I can apply for employment.
I have to say that, we were provided with facilitators that were not qualified... But still we studied our off because we were paying a fortune and couldn't let it go to waste. And now it seems that it went to waste because I'm sitting at home with incorrect results and no employment.
