Complaint / review text:
I ordered a product before Christmas 2013. The whole process was a little confusing but, product arrived and all was good.
Then in January 2014 i ordered a bluetooth headphone set. The process was so confusing and wasn't showing any kind of confirmation that I ended up ordering the item three times. Fine, I'll use them as gifts or something. I received a notice that my address was incorrect so I corrected that.
Long drawn out story short. The product company says Moolala put the order on hold and has not paid them their portion even though they charged me. No phone number (RED FLAG - ME) and the email support fails to deliver.
From now on, do i want an amazing deal? Heck yeah but, only if its from a reliable known source.
