Problem with Charge

Good morning.

I am an owner of a Galaxy Note 2. I have complained various times about my phone's battery life as well as how it takes 12-15 hours to charge my phone, and Samsung has done nothing about it. I've had this problem on two Galaxy Note 2's. After months of waiting for a solution, i decided to get a new battery thinking that it was a battery problem as Samsung says that they only cover the battery for 6 months. After using the new battery, it still takes the same time to charge the phone. I have noticed that it charges faster with my laptop. Now it looks like i wasted my time replacing the battery. I would like to know what Samsung can do about this problem. I am due for an upgrade and was considering getting the S5 or the Note 4 when it is released here, but if i'm not happy with the support from Samsung, then unfortunately i will have to consider switching brands.

The first time i had this problem, MTN replaced my handset, now i would like to see what can be done.
