On 9-2008 I purchased a Dell Studio, Dell 305v wireless printer, and wireless router. Computer, and router work fine. However the printer does not reconize router therefore will not print, scan, or copy. Have tried Dell tech support many times. This only caused trouble with my laptop because the tech went through my computer turning systems off and told me in broken english his could not help me then hung up.
I also purshased 2 year warrarty which allso has onsite service after online service falls. Have tried time after time for help at Dell tech support was put on hold pasted around from person to person. I asked to speak to superviser or manager was told one would return my call this never happened. So I called back was put through the same loop still no help. At one time I offered a rebuilt printer but no discount on price. I'm Dell has saved a lot of money by outsoursing so surly they could a new printer or send a tech to my home to fix the one I have.
I paid $250.00 for a extended warrity, $100.00 for a printer that has never worked. Plus I am paying 21.9% intrest on my purchased.
