I purchased a range/double oven, large refrigerator/freezer, and microwave from LG in 2012 via Home Depot. I also purchased an extended five year warranty on all of the appliances.in 2013 the range and refrigerator broke and were fixed in the first year of the warranty. Now in 2014 the same problem has happened with the range. I got the run around from LG trying to get my extended warranty going. The two men in customer service with LG that I called both sent me back to home depot for the extended warranty contacts even though they both knew the number. I am still waiting to be contacted by their extended warranty group. I have to say this is very disappointing. I paid thousands of dollars for poorly made appliances. Thank god I bought the extended warranty but I am expecting to have to replace everything as soon as the warranties expire. The product is definitely not good quality and customer service is not good at all. I would not recommend this manufacturer's products to anyone based on my experience to date.
