Unit not delivered and money not refunded

Complaint / review text:
On the 26-09-2014 I made and eft payment to Navshop of R7200 for a satnav unit. Delivery is within 7 to 10 days. Sean told me the unit should be there by Tuesday 30-09-2014.) n the 01-10-2014 Sean says he is waiting on customs. Stock arrives at 15h45. On the 02-10-2014 Sean tells me that he can do fitment the next day. On the 03-10-2014 Sean tells me that his house was broken into and will not be able to assist. He still needs to load software on the unit and do some testing. He said Monday 06-10-2014 he can do fitment. Thats was all via whatsapp which i still have. Next communication I receive was on the 06-10-2014 via sms saying that he is sick with the flu and can help me the next day. Next day Sean sends another sms saying that he is still sick. He said that his installer Keith is also very busy that day and said Keith can come to me the next day. 09-10-2014 I received and email from Sean saying that 3 out of the 8 units are defective and he will have to send them back. I will have to wait for Saturday 11-10-2014 for a new unit. I explained that I and not happy with all the excuses and want a full refund to which he agreed.
