Discrimination of OVHD Facebook Page

I reported the following problem to the OVHD Facebook administrator I have with my Ellies OVHD decoder which is not receiving any of the channels on the new IS-20 platform. I wasn't rude just voicing my opion as they clealy advertise on their Facebook page that my model decoder is fit to receive the IS-20 signal. "My Ellies decoder is only showing the promo channel and no other channels on the IS20 platform. Signal 100% and strength 83%. On the SES5 platform all channels are showing. Signal 91% and strength 77%. Phoned Elsat the whole day of yesterday. They re-activating my service, checked all the settings and still can't seem to know what the problem is?" This is the response I've received: "Hi Shaun, the call centre will follow procedure to determine the issue with the decoder and only they will be able to confirm whether the decoder is faulty. We appreciate your patience " Now today when I wanted to response to their message the administrator blocked me from posting or sending a message.
