Complaint / review text:
Placed a new order with dell online using my new paypal account. I wasn't aware that I hadn't completed my paypal account from bill me later. Dell called my home# and left an automated message that there was a problem instead of calling my cell #. I didn't get call for several days. When I finally got the message (no email was sent by the way), they canceled my order. I called and tried to reprocess my order on the phone and they told me no - only if I used a credit or debit card. I had to go back online and thru the whole ordering process again if I wanted to use my paypal account which has a $3000 limit. They absolutely have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have chat lines but they are cst so you can't speak with anyone until noon and never on the weekend!!! When they left the automated message on my home #, my husband by chance was the one who first heard the message. The laptop I was ordering was a christmas gift for him. Just as well. I can certainly order from a company who wants my business and puts the consumers needs first!
