Complaint / review text:
After receiving my Galaxy Note 4 in November, 3 weeks later, my screen went blank. Took it the next day to Samsung repair centre and two days later, I got a call saying that the LCD was damaged, yet the LCD was not cracked nor was it dropped. The LCD got replaced and at the same time, the screen protector that I bought was not put back on, so I also lost out on a screen protector. Phoned Samsung again to complain about the device as the device was less than a month old, and Enos (supervisor) could not help. ADh claim had been used up therefore I could not claim should I have a LCD claim in the future on this device. Also, pertaining to the screen protector, Enos could not advise on this issue.
I then took it to MTN repair centre in Midrand and now MTN (Gertrude, the Samsung technician) is saying that they will be replacing the LCD AGAIN!!! Is this the service a customer is expecting from SAMSUNG with a new device, not only just a new device but a new product that SAMSUNG has launched into the market???
If this device is not replaced, Samsung must rather keep it and I will not be buying another Samsung product and will take this matter further to the Consumer Protector!!!
