I purchased an OVHD decoder just over a month ago and am appalled to see that the signal is so bad. When I have signal strength it is 97% but I have found that it goes off almost every afternoon at 5pm and doesn't come on until lunch time the next day. Every time I phone Ellies Elsat the technicians try to brush me off with a BS story about there being a problem with the installation. The problem in the fact that the satellite signal is VERY VERY POOR and they need to improve it urgently. I am about to chuck this decoder in the because that's where it belongs. It is shocking that they can sell this decoder to unsuspecting customers instead of fixing their satellite capabilities first.
