Complaint / review text:
My parents who are pensioners had bought a brand new fridge. They thought they would go for a brand they trust.
So they decided to buy a Samsung fridge. 2yrs down the line the fridge just died. Long story short. Samsung would not repair because it was Just 2 weeks outside warranty. My dad offered to extend the warranty but they refused. I was forced to fork out R1300 to replace the condenser / motor. The fridge is working but they are afraid that the fridge is heating up almost to boiling point on the side of the fridge where the radiator/heat dissipation takes place. It seems that this fridge is still Faulty.
I also have a Samsung fridge and it does not heat up as much.
SAMSUNG PLEASE HELP! I do not want this fridge to be the cause of a fire.
