Purchased brand new Seiki TV from Brandsmart USA in July 2014. TV started showing distorted pictures in September 2014.
Called Seiki 15 times and counting, have received promises of refund (no replacement on large TV). No refund forthcoming after 15 phone calls, countless emails and several promises from Seiki customer service that they would resolve the issue. Whenever I call the rep can see my case on file and assures me the matter will be resolved but always a lie.
They have also hung up the phone several times after putting me on hold. Also takes even up to 45 minutes wait on phone only to receive a recording that customer service reps are busy and to leave a message.
I will share my experience on every available avenue until the matter is resolved.
