Complaint / review text:
I have a Samsung S 5 mini which is about 4 months old. I started having problems with the phone saying "not registered on network". I called Samsung and they advised me to take it to one of there service/repair centers, which i did. The phone was booked in and was with the service center for about 5 days. They called to say that the phone was repaired. I collected the phone only to find it still with the same problem. I was then told it was my sim card that was the problem and after paying for a sim swop (R 145.00 with MTN), the problem was still there. I took the phone back to the repair center and then they the said they had to send the phone away for repairs. The phone was booked in then for a second time on the 15/01/2015 and i am still waiting for the phone. I have been using Samsung products for many years now and have had problems with certain items in the past, which was repaired, replaced or serviced within 7 to 10 days, but this is by far the worst service i have ever received from them.
