Complaint / review text:
Brand new S5 mini. Not even 3 months old and isn't working properly since the day I got it. Screen turns black, phone goes off in the middle of conversation, freeze, have to take the battery out for a while before it charges or turn back on again etc. Went to MTN and my only options were cancel contract and pay a penalty fee to get a new phone or give the phone in for repair. Now in my right mind a phone that is brand new shouldn't give you problems when its brand new and i cannot sit without a phone for weeks to get repaired, my phone is my job. I think it is absolutely unacceptable that samsung is giving out phones that doesn't work. If a phone gives you problems after 1 year, fine give it in for repair. BUT BRAND NEW and its not working is not acceptable. I am highly dissapointed in samsung as I was a loyal client all these years.
