We bought the top of the range Stainless Steel Samsung Dishwasher, The first year out of warranty it has needed 4 repairs. The front panel has begun to rust. A Samsung technician advised me to contact Samsung directly and get them to replace the door that is rusting as a "STAINLESS STEEL DOOR SHOULD NOT RUST"
It has been 2 months and the response I got from Samsung is that they will give me R400 for my unit if I purchase another R6500 unit!!! My current repair will cost me R1500, I have already spent R2000 in repairs so far.
I am totally disappointed in SAMSUNG ability to solve an issue with their machine. I hope someone can assist.
