Complaint / review text:
Apple officially declared that some of the iPhone 5 phones were produced with defect in their batteries. My phone is listed as eligible for battery change for free of charge. However they charge indirect costs. I want to return my phone or replace it but Apple does not accept. I have been using the phone with battery problem for 3 years without knowing the defect reasoned by production because Apple announced its mistake much later. I am sold a defect product, had several problems due to battery and want to return the product or replaced a new one. I contacted with Apple but they do not agree to take their defect product back or replace their product with a proper one.
