Complaint / review text:
Technician claimed that he couldn't put the phone where we wanted it due to AT&T having a lock on the box outside of the house. He didn't complete installation and said he had to go do another job. I called customer service and they told me that the job was complete. They scheduled another technician to come out to check what was going on. He never showed up or called. Charter cable technicians need to get retrained to complete an installation. Not make excuses for their poor skills. Also installation still isn't complete. TV has picture but no sound also.
