I had a terrible experience with the whole process of installation of appliances and changing of damaged merchandise.
First, it was my gas range stove.
I bought the parts needed for it to be installed, but the installer told me that I needed to change the valvular first before installing; I did what he asked me to do, but he never could come back to do so. Then the microwave came horribly damaged on March 26th and couldn't have it exchanged for a new one until April 2nd. The installation was supposed to be on April 3rd between 3-7pm, but the installer did not come for the appointment. I was restlessly waiting and calling him only to find out that he wouldn't come until 9 pm.
At 9 when I finally got someone from Best Buy on the phone, he told me that the installer as well as the installation department, called to reschedule the appointment since nobody was home. Which was not true. They rescheduled it for today, April 8th between 3-7pm, but 12:30 pm today, I received a message from the installer saying that he came by the house to install the microwave, but nobody was there. Well... Of course not!
The appointment was supposed to be between 3-7pm today. I called Best Buy to ask for help and I spoke with the supervisor of the installation department. He promised me that the installer would be there on time today between 3-7 pm, which did not happen.
So, I had to cancel the installation and ask for my money back, since I was rightfully frustrated, after 15 days of waiting for this service.
Now I have to find someone else to install the microwave for me, since it is not useful without being installed. I could not get the service that I paid for which is absolutely unacceptable!
