Apple admitted to knowingly selling iPhone 5s with defective batteries. I recently purchased the iPhone 6 Plus, which should be a cutting edge product, but the battery rapidly loses power, even when I have it on WiFi. The device's Safari system doesn't work as it should. Apple refuses to provide reimbursement for a product more than 14 days after it has been purchased.
I have an iPad that's more than 3 years old and it works many times better than the iPhone I've used only a few times, but its memory is gobbled up by a small number of photos. With the iPhone being the most expensive and the fourth Apple product I've purchased, it will be the last Apple device I buy. For about $900 a product should come with a manual but Apple is so greedy it won't even pay for the paper to include one.
