Consumer Cellular does not respond to emails nor do they answer the phone. I have sent email after email after the death of my spouse and have not gotten the courtesy of a response. I tried calling and had a 30 minute wait before I had to leave the phone. Later the same evening after a 40 minute wait there was no response. Once again I had to disconnect. I can't remain on hold indefinitely. However, they are prompt with their billing. I had to try and call them from my home (landline) phone as my cellular service (Consumer Cellular) has very poor reception and frequently drops calls.
