Samsung capacitor plague lawsuit. Called Samsung support team 12 times. Spent more than 12 hours. Samsung has outsourced repairs to Precision TV. Called them 10 times. Spent 10 hours. Please do not buy Samsung TV. Worst customer service ever. Nightmare. You spend thousands of dollars for nothing, for junk. My new TV is still not fixed after 2 weeks. I am still struggling to it repaired within warranty. You spend money to get mental torture with Samsung. Please let me know other users who faced this problem. We will join and file another lawsuit against Samsung. Thank you.
