I bought a 64 inch Plasma TV about 2 years ago from Costco. Model #PN64E533D2F. About a year later the TV would turn on but I would receive no picture. Samsung eventually sent a technician and he could not fix the problem. They had to replace my TV. Now it’s been less than a year and I am having the same issue. It seems to me that I paid $4,000 for a television that has a one year shelf life. I called and waited 1 hour and a half to speak to executive customer relations and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I have a VIZIO TV that I have had for over a decade and never had a problem. It seems to me that Samsung does not stand behind their products or service. I have several Samsung products including a Soundbar and 2 Galaxy mobile devices. A $4,000 television should last more than 1 year.
