Complaint / review text:
I clicked on an IQ test on Facebook. At the end of the test, it asked for a phone number, which I gave to receive a text message with the score. Then, it began asking for more info at which point I ended out. I never got the answer or approved a download, but got a $19.99 charge on my AT&T bill. AT&T was very puzzled about it but was very helpful. I found the blog site by searching for “Flycell” on Google. This is a huge rip-off. Somebody should get the FCC. I did halt the Flycell "service" by texting “STOP” to 69999, which is the short code on the AT&T bill. I received the reply, "You have successfully opted out of the Flycell ClubPack. Service is cancelled. You will not receive more messages or charges from us. Visit us at” Attorneys may contact me. I'll be glad to help.
