I have been a customer of zappos for a while purchasing shoes purses and clothing. I don't shop at the malls because I hate the crowds and preferred to use zappos for the convenience of shopping from home.
I ordered my yearly winter boots last night very excited since I have bought my last 3 pair from zappos. I had a message from zappos asking me to call to verify info before they could send them out. I returned the call and was told if I "wore" this item like I wore the last two items (a robe and pajama's) I would not be credited. I purchased the last two items, tried them on, didn't like how they fit and returned them in original packaging within a week.
In a time where every dollar is spent even more carefully I would think that a company would not have a condiscending representative making unfounded accusations.
I asked to have my current order cancelled and all account information deleted. It is well worth my time to drive to the mall after an experience of being repremanded after placing an order with this company.
