Zappos.com Returned shoes as they were not a true 10.5 US sizing. Wanted to buy a more expensive shoe... But since I paid with PayPal funds, they could not sell me a different shoe, and my monies paid will take up to SIX WEEKS to be refunded!!! They are worthless to me as a online merchant! I'm being penalized because I paid with money and not a credit card!
So, know what you are getting into with this company, I will no longer deal with Zappos or any other companies they are partners with on ANY Level. A totaly unsatisfied customer!!!
