Complaint / review text:
I have a stainless steel 2 quart pot, steamer, and lid made by "International Cookware Inc., " an American company, but the pots were made in Korea.
The pot has a nice, heavy tri-ply bottom that does not warp, but the workmanship attaching the handles to the pot and the double boiler is shoddy. Each handle was braised on in four small points, and it breaks off. I cannot find anywhere to get these fixed, and although I have looked for this company on the web, cannot find their website.
Who handles warranties on pots and pans like this? Handles are not supposed to fall off. Cannot remember which department store I purchased them, and have long since thrown out the packaging!
