So I got a phone with Virgin Mobile. I got an unlimited text plan, plus 50 minutes of local calling. Now I never use my phone for calls, except in cases of emergencies. I never get incoming calls, I never even check my voice mail. I only use it for texting. My bill comes in, I am charged for a million incoming calls (so I can't see whose number they are from) that I never made. My bill is supposed to be $30, it was $150. My service was disconnected for not paying the fee. I called many times and wrote many emails saying I never made the calls, they refuse to take responsibility, and my emails were never responded to. Now they say, I cannot cancel my plan until I pay this ridiculous amount.
So I am being charged the full amount every month for a service I am not receiving, just because I don't feel like paying for phone calls I never made. They are a scam, stay far away from them.
