Complaint / review text:
T-Mobile is charging money for my incoming text messages - which i do not have any control - These telemarketing companies keeps sending me messages, and i am getting charged for it - i do not even open them and i get charged. I call T-Mobile to discuss regarding this issue - and they are reluctant to help me out. My only question is that - what if some telemarketing companies software gets corrupted and sends in like 10,000 messages or more - do i have to pay all that money??? - i do not even use text messaging - and i do not want that service - I feel that i am getting charged against my will.
Monetary damage / Time involved in calling all the marketing companies, not to send me messages.
