I bought a netbook from Best Buy. That was my first mistake.
My second was buying a virus protection to be installed on the netbook and also on my laptop. They messed up the first netbook and couldn't get the virus protector on that so they gave me another one. They also tried to install the virus protection on my laptop, it took them a total of 3 days to do that and they lost the install disk that I purchased. The netbook is a piece of junk and you can't type on the keyboard without the curser jumping all over the page, I've never seen anything like it.
But then it's not the fault of the netbook, I can't type according to Best Buy althought I've been doing it professionally for 50 years. I have never seen such an incompetent bunch of people working in one store in my life.
Never again, maybe buy something from their store but don't get tech support for it there.
