Complaint / review text:
Our company plan with T-Mobile only included 300 text per month and one of our phones was using a lot more than that. We would receive a bill every two months, for some reason, and after the first over-use charges came in we called T-mobile and explained that the bills were late: we wanted a bill every month, and we wanted a plan that would take care of the text message problem. He suggested the $19.99 unlimited blackberry feature and told me that everything was taken care of with that.
Next thing I know another two months have passed by, and I get the same exact overages on text messages. Now I call T-mobile, and they say that the records indicate only that the bills were late and nothing about text messages. It does show that the unlimited feature was added but that it doesn't cover text— data and email. They say I have no proof of text ever being discussed and will not give me credit for the last two months that I was supposed to have unlimited text messaging.
The bill is $700. I have called T-Mobile over ten times, and they will not budge.
