I ordered a Kitchen Aid side by side non dispensing fridge at the beginning of December 2011. It was to be delivered in 2 weeks.
That was 6 weeks ago. I'm on my second 2 week backorder delay. When I called Best Buy to complain to a supervisor I was disconnected twice. I called Kitchen Aid after the first delay to make sure the fridge exists.
They blamed it on improper ordering procedures by Best Buy.
The model I need seems to be backordered at every store I contact, but they will all let you place an order online regardless without telling you about this known problem. Don't bother ordering Kitchen Aid side by side model number KSRS22MWMS.
