I have recently changed my cellphone contract from Bell Mobility to Solo and was not advised that there would be a termination charge by the agent at my local Bell Booth. My Bell contract had just over three weeks to run and I was charged $106.05, which I think is scandalous. I have on two occasions spent well over an hour each time on the phone speaking to and waiting for for person to resolve this issue. On both occasions, the person would speak to a supervisor and I waited over minutes each occasion only to be disconnected. This treatment of a long standing customer with all services provided by Bell is disgusting.
