After waitted 3 days and hundreds of calls, the homedepot delivery company GE delivery lost my samsung Refrigerator.
It was ordered on 05/02/2013 and scheduled to be delivered on 05/08. I waited for a whole day and no one showed up. I called on 05/09 and found that it was postponed to 05/10 without any notice. I waited for another whole day pon 05/10 and still no one showed up. I called again and was told that it has been postponed to the morning of 05/11. The whole day, I was waiting the delivery and made tens of calls in the afternoon and was always told that the refrigarator is alaready in the delivery truck. By 4:30PM, it looked that all employees have left the company, even though the answer machine said that their office hour is "between 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Please call during office hours". Even though it was 4:30PM only. On 05/13 (Monday), I tried to call them and talked with their customer service agent and supervisor Nicole. I was only told that they cannot find the refrigerator and paperwork. I was asked to call them on 05/14 to find where it is. I then called Homedepot customer sevvice and they also could not find where is my refrigerator. They refused to call me back to tell me the status. They asked me to call tomorrow to check. Finally, I have to talk with their supervisor. For safety purpose, I just called my credit card company to get a payment reverse, cause the homedepot online status showed that the refrigerator has been delivered.
