I tried to contact WORX by phone to order a part for my trimmer but I finally had to hang up after being on hold for 30 minutes. And they say in their voice message recording that they know our time is valuable?
Customer service is so essential to a company's success. When are they going to start realizing that? I see that there are others who have also experienced the same lack of customer service, i. E., response from WORX.
The WORX boat will sink unless they pull it together. I'm not impressed and will most likely not buy another WORX product.
