Complaint / review text:
The drum cracked in my dryer still under warrantee. Waited two weeks for appointment just to be told they need to order a new drum.
Three weeks later an appointment was made to replace the drum. Repairman arrived and notice the small box he held in his hand was NOT a dryer drum. He said "they" ordered the wrong part. Now I have taken two days off from work.
Waited another three weeks to have the drum replaced only to be told that morning (after taking off another day of work), that "they" ordered the wrong part AGAIN!!!
I called the service department and asked to speak to he supervisor. The receptionist would not put me through and only took a message. It is now 6 hours since I called and no call back.
This is unacceptable and incompetent.
