I ordered two life rings for a baby shower. After numerous emails out to them and phone calls (the phone just rang and rang and rang, or went to a full voicemail), I called my bank and reported them. My bank refunded the money and made a claim.
This was my first experience with online fraud. From now on, I don't do any business with an online store unless their contact information is front and center. Wish there was a way I could keep companies like this from continuing to rip people off.
