I ordered a Groupon for a local restaurant several months ago. The restaurant was for Scampi's Seafood Restaurant at Somerville, NJ. It was a horrible experience because the merchant didn't honor the coupon. So I never purchase another restaurant coupon from Groupon ever again.
And I kidded myself their Goods department could be much better. Last Friday, I ordered a pair of BassBud Earbuds on my Android tablet. My wife saw those earbuds and decided to order one for herself on her iPad 10 minutes after I placed my order. Truth be told her order was processed and shipped the following Monday (1 business day turnaround) while my order is still being processed (3 business days and counting). I tried to contact Groupon via email and phone calls in vain.
I'll never order anything from them ever again.
