Complaint / review text:
I placed an order 12/9/2013 for Christmas delivery because my catalog said "Oder as Late as 12/23/13 for Christmas Delivery" that's lie number 1. Received my order and saw an item was missing I then called Customer Service and was told it would be longer because it is being personalized.
When I asked the question of how much longer I was told it was dropped shipped to the vendor and we have no way of getting a hold of them, but I purchased it from Figis and paid Figis. I will never buy from them again after being a 10 year customer. When I got upset this is the responses from 4 Supervisors "there is nothing we can do", "I can cancel your order", "Don't you think you are going a little overboard", "Without using the word screwed you are". This is just some of the ridiculous solutions offered to my issue from a company who has 100% satisfaction guarantee.
When I asked the next question can I please have corporate's number I was told "they do not have a number you can mail your concerns in writing, Figis is so old school that they file their orders on microfiche". Never once did they offer any credit, refund, or any retribution for my issue. It is now 4 days before Christmas and they finally called me back and said you will receive your gift after Christmas "so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused".
I will never buy from this company again there are plenty of reputable companies that do offer quality products with customer satisfaction being their main priority. Merry Christmas to Me
