I want to burn my Samsung fridge. Frustrated with the service. 15 degrees Celcus inside the fridge. The fridge broke down in 20 days after date of purchase. Techs reparied it but broke down again after 15 days. Techs have come out twice. No one should buy Samsung fridge especially SRF579 model. I have been informed that I have to be without the fridge for 10 days atleast because that is Samsung process. Way to go Samsung... Yeahhhhh!!!
Plus I have to be at home for 4-5 hours atleas so that wait for the Prince Tech to come and assess the fridge. Lost my wages for two days already. Who Pays for that Samsung??? We have to work too and pay the bills. Why would you care cause Its your process. For a 15 min job I have to loose my whole day salary.
Frustrated Infuriated at such lame excuses and quality of products.
All because it was my fault that I purchased a SAMSUNG fridge.
