So disappointed with the after sale service of Samsung. I got my Samsung A3 a month ago and the screen is not working. I have been to the Samsung in Boksburg and there is no technician that can help. I asked for an adapter for the sim card to use my Samsung galaxy S3 and could not even assist with that. If this is the service that I'm receiving I refuse to purchase a Samsung again. I have a few close friends and relatives that wanted to upgrade to Samsung but after this service they are purchasing other phones. They don't want the same service that I received!!! Feedback will be highly appreciated on this matter.
