Purchased an Acer Aspire One from Beachcamera.com. I received the computer and right out of the box, the keyboard keys did not work. Beachcamera.com would not exchange it for another because they said it was Acer's problem. Called Acer and they told me to send it to their repair facility at my expense. No way out of it. Bought a brand new computer and now had to pay $20.33 to ship it back to Acer plus 3 weeks for repair. Acer does not care about their customers or the defective products they sell. If you buy Acer, be prepared to shell out some more cash to ship it back to them or you can be stuck with a brand new inoperable computer.
