VERY unhappy with Samsung Customer Service and Samsung Executive Customer Relations. My Very expensive Samsung 59' 3D plasma TV started developing vertical lines in the screen just out of warranty.
This was a replacement TV as the first one was dead on arrival and had to be replaced under warranty. Samsung refused to cover the repair - even just paying for the part (it needed a new panel - virtually the entire TV), saying it was out of warranty.
They refused to provide names and titles of superiors to go up the ladder of responsibility and displayed rigidity and lack of caring for this customer. I'll NEVER buy another Samsung product!
