Complaint / review text:
I ordered from Lazada a Canon EOS 60D camera which they advertised on line. I was told that delivery was maximum of 10 days if outside Metro Manila.
It is already more than 30 days but still the unit did not arrive. I was told that they are going to refund my payment but until now I have not received any notice that my payment is already refunded. I hope that they will inform me from time to time what is the progress. When I made a complaint that I have not received the unit someone called u and told me that they are tracking it.
Then after 30 days another person called up and told me that I asked for a refund. I responded that I did not asked for a refund the first person who called informed me that they are already trying to deliver the camera.
