Our service in Hemphill, Tx was to be upgrade with new fiber optic lines in October 2010. Today is 7/14/2014. Now they says they don't know when they will upgrade. Service is so unreliable, we barely get enough service to check email 2x times a week. Some emails don't come for 3 days (or never), enough time to lose job. Phone service has no become unreliable calls dropped or they never go thru. They get no stars from me. I'm in a rural area and no one else provides service. I would really like to know what I can do about my lifetime of 59.99 a month which actually costs 92.38.
