A while ago I loaded some Shop Rite e coupons onto my store card and purchased the items. When I checked my receipt they were not deducted and the cashier said "Oh, this store doesn't do e coupons".
I keep seeing great deals if I was able to utilize them so I called to see if they accept them now. I was told "Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. It's hit or miss. Apparently it's a big pain for Customer Service if you complain to them. They have to print out all the coupons on your card to check.
This is ridiculous. You mean to tell me a huge corporation like Shop Rite can't get this glitch worked out?
