Complaint / review text:
I had been a customer of Figi's for many years and always paid my bill on time. Well at 8 AM the first call came demanding when I was going to pay my not yet due bill.
I explained that it would be paid before the due date. Well that wasn't good enough, she wanted to know when. I then went back to bed. I am a disabled person and have a problem sleeping, so I didn't appreciate the 8 AM call.
Well throughout the day I had 3 more calls. When I got the last call I asked to speak to a supervisor. Which was a waste of time. I asked to be removed from their mailing list and email list.
Well I still am getting both. I use to order Christmas gifts for friends and family, this year I will be ordering from Swiss Colony. I found the prices were better at Swiss Colony.
Figi's doesn't seem to care about their customers therefore I am no longer a customer. I would not recommend them to anyone.
