Horrible service

Complaint / review text:
We did not have a very good experience with Pizza Hut. We ordered two medium pizzas, an order of bread sticks, and a 2 liter drink for $26.60.

When our order was delivered around 9:30 we realized that we didn't have the bread sticks that we had ordered. We informed our driver and he told us that he would go back to the store and then deliver them to us. After waiting one hour and not receiving the bread sticks that we had ordered, we called the store to get an update. The lady who answered the phone told us that the driver that had delivered our order had already gone home for the night and that she would send the bread sticks out with the driver.

After another hour had gone by and we still hadn't received the food that we had paid for, we called the store again. The same lady answered the phone and said that a manager would call us the next day to credit our account. She didn't even bother calling us to let us know that we shouldn't be expecting our food and it was not explained to us why we wouldn't be getting our food delivered.

They were still taking orders for the night so it makes no sense that they wouldn't deliver food to a customer whom paid for the food that THEY messed up on delivering. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again.
