Complaint / review text:
I called Figis this past December to order a fruitcake. After giving the agent all of my info she quoted the final cost which I found objectionable and ended the call.
The order was put thru anyway. I found this out when I rec'd the invoice. I called Figis to complain only to be told that the fruitcake was en route. I returned it the same day I rec'd it.
Some weeks later I rec'd an invoice for postage for an order that was never authorized. I returned it requesting they cancel the charges, it was their mistake not mine. Now I am being charged for postage plus a $10 late fee.
I am furious. Place oders with Figis with caution folks!
