Complaint / review text:
I called and ordered delivery at the store that I thought delivered to my home. I ordered at 7pm and the guy said my food would be delivered at 8pm.
At 8pm, I called to check on the status of my order. I was then informed that I ordered at the wrong store and was then transfered to the correct store. I have been waiting for over 2 hours and when I call they keep telling me the "pizza is on its way." This is the 3rd time I have heard of people placing orders at the 'wrong' store! Shouldn't the EMPLOYEES who are answering the phones and placing the orders know where there store delivers to???
I am beyond upset. Not to mention my card has ALREADY been charged and they will NOT do anything to make this situation right.
