Complaint / review text:
I went to the Subway in Lakeland Hills-Auburn, Wa and got a footlong bbq chicken with everything except pepperoncinis on it, I had gotten the same sandwich 3 days in a row. I took the sandwich home and cut the sandwich into 4 parts.
I started eating it and it tasted like garbage smells, completely disgusting tasting. So I took the sandwich back and the kid says "oh you ate half of a footlong and now you want us to give you a free sandwich", that's the worst rebuttal customer service I have ever experienced. Seriously, you spit on a faithful customer after 3 days because I had a complaint? Then the manager says well we can give you one at half price... So when you serve garbage it's still gonna cost the customer.
I just wanted the same sandwich I'd been getting, now I have to be sure to tell all the people I live around and my friends about that Subway-I see plenty of complaints about the company help-people should not be forced to accept garbage tasting food and still be expected to pay. I took the remaining sandwich back and no half was not eaten, this restaurant needs new help, the customer service is terrible and the food isn't always edible.
I don't remember feeling so disrespected because I brought back food that was disgusting. Terrible and memorable experience.
